Welcome to Official Website of the Unakoti Tripura District Legal Services Authority, Kailashahar. This legal services Institution has been constituted on 6th July 2016 under section  9 (1) of the Legal Services Authority Act, 39 of 1987. It is to be mentioned here that earlier the DLSA, Unakoti was familiar by the name of DLSA, North from 1st July 1998 to till 5th August, 1998. Presently the office of the Authority is situated at the 1st floor of Dist. Bar Association, Unakoti, Kailashahar which is located at a distance of 27 km (approx) from Kumarghat railway station.

             The Unakoti Tripura District Legal Services Authority consists of the District & Sessions Judge, Unakoti Tripura as Chairman, Smt. Lopamudra Dasgupta, Grade- II officer of Tripura Judicial Service as District Secretary. Besides the Chairman and the District Secretary, the District Magistrate & Collector, Unakoti Tripura; Superintendent of Police, Unakoti Tripura; Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unakoti Tripura; Government Pleader of the District, the District Public Relation Officer and President of the Local Bar Association are the members of this Authority. There are three numbers of member in the DLSA, being nominated by the State Government.
